Формирование знаний учащихся по теме «Степени сравнения имён прилагательных».

1) Обеспечить в ходе урока усвоение учащимися данной темы.

2) Воспитывать внимательность.

3) Развивать навыки составления предложений.

T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

Ex. 1 p. 68 Put these words in the correct column.

Today we are going to study the new theme “Degrees of comparison of adjectives”.

Degrees of comparison of adjectives.

Сравнительная степень односложных прилагательных образуется при помощи суффикса er, а превосходная – при помощи суффикса est.

Cheap – cheaperthe cheapest.

Если в конце односложного прилагательного за одной гласной следует одна согласная, то согласная удваивается:

Big – biggerthe biggest.

Если в конце прилагательного стоит согласная + y, то y меняется на i.

Ex. 5 p. 69 Make a table for these adjectives and discuss the spelling.
