Reported speech. The procedure of the lesson: T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today? How are you? What’s the weather like today? How many lessons do you have today? What are they? What marks did you get at other lessons? Ex. 13 p. 44 Give me your copybooks! Today we are going to continue talking about the Future, to review the theme “Reported speech”. First let’s review grammar rules watching the presentation (учащиеся смотрят презентацию и повторяют правила). Exercises from the presentation. Read Grammar Reference on page 45. Ex. 14 p. 45 Choose the correct answer. Example: Reported statement – He told them that he was ill. Reported command – He told them to stop shouting. Ex.15 p. 45 Match the reporting verbs with the direct speech below. Example: “Ann!
