Закрепление и совершенствование знаний учащихся по теме «Прошедшее Неопределённое время».

1) Обеспечить в ходе урока закрепление учащимися данной темы.

2) Воспитывать внимательность у учащихся.

3) Развивать навыки составления предложений.

Past Indefinite tense. Yes/No questions and negative sentences.

The procedure of the lesson:

T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

Ex. 1 p. 33 Make words from the word Maine.

Example: what you called – name.

Ex. 4 p. 10 (w/b) Crossword.

The theme of our lesson is “Did you enjoy your holiday?” Today we are going to learn Yes/No questions and negative sentences. Open your books on page 201 and read grammar rules.

Open your vocabularies and write down the new words.

Ex. 2 p. 33 Read the dialogue and pay attention to the words in bold.

Ex. 3 p. 34 Find in the text, read and remember.

Ex. 4 p. 34 I Answer the questions and interview your partner. Fill in the table with the answers.

Ex. 5 p. 35 Write sentences about your interview.

Example: He watched TV last night. He didn’t clean his room yesterday.

Ex. 7, 8 p. 35 Student A. Read the text to your partner. All the information is wrong. Your partner corrects them.

Student B. Look at the text on page 187. Correct your partner’s sentences.

Ex. 9 p. 36 Match the expressions and responses.

Example: How are you? – Fine, thanks.

Ex. 1 p. 10 (w/b) Regular verbs. Put the verbs in A in the Present Simple and in B in the Past Simple.

Example: I usually work (work) eight hours a day, yesterday I started (start) at 9 a.m. and finished (finish) at 9 p.m.

Ex. 2 p. 11 (w/b) Give the short answers.

Ex. 3,4 p. 11 (w/b); to learn the new words and grammar rules.
