Формирование знаний учащихся по теме «Первые полеты»

1) Обеспечить в ходе урока усвоение учащимися новой лексики.

2) Содействовать формированию познавательного интереса.

3)Развивать навыки чтения и говорения.

The procedure of the lesson:

T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

How are you? What’s the weather like today? How many lessons do you have today? What are they? What marks did you get at other lessons?

Ex. 15 p. 14 Do you have any questions about your homework? Give me your copybooks.

Today we are going to talk about first flights. What can you say about flights now? How do people fly in our days? OK, at the lesson we’ll find out the information about first flights. But first open your books at page 15 ex.1 Discuss the meaning of the given words.

Ex. 2 p. 15 Read the text and fill in gaps with the words from ex.1.

Ex. 3 p. 16 Answer the questions.


Ex. 4 p. 16 Read the text and find the answers to the questions given above.

Ex. 6 p. 16 Guess the meaning of the underlined words.

Ex. 7 p. 16 Explain the difference between the words in each set.

Ex. 8 p. 17 Make sentences about the text with the following words.

Eg.: to be called – This text is called “How balloon flies”.

Ex. 9 p. 17 Read the paragraphs and make a text of them.

Ex. 10 p. 18 Make matches.

Ex. 12 p. 18 Put the following sentences in the order they appear in the text.

Ex. 11 p. 18, to learn the new words.
