What date is it today? Who is absent today? How are you today? What’s the weather like today? How do you spend your free time? What do you like to do? Do you like to go to discos? What kind of music do you prefer? Ex. IV p. 71 Give me your copybooks! The theme of our lesson is “Teenage pastimes”. We are going to read text and to talk about pastimes. Ex. I p. 71 Work in groups of four. Discuss the questions and then share your ideas with the other groups. Ex. II p. 71 Read the story and answer the questions. Ex. III p. 71 Try to retell the text to your partner paying attention to the use of the conditionals. Ex. IV p. 72 Comment on the situation. Use conditionals with “would”. Example: I can’t take a photo because I haven’t got a camera. If I had a camera I would take a photo.
