The procedure of the lesson:

T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

How are you? What’s the weather like today? Do you like to travel? Why do you like it? How do you like to travel? Where would you like to go?

Your home task was ex. 6 p. 10. Read your sentences.

Today we are going to talk about the sightseeing of Kazakhstan. Open your books at page 15 ex. 1. Read the introduction to the text “Adventure holidays and fill in the gaps with the verbs in the box.

Ex. 2 p. 15 Put near each activity “S” for “Sport” and “T” for “Tourism.

Ex. 3 p. 16 Study the new words and translate them.

Ex. 4 p. 16 Divide into 3 groups. Group A – reads about the Charyn Canyon, group B – reads about the Turgen Gorge, group C – reads about the – Singing Hill.

Ex. 5 p. 17 Answer the questions.

Ex. 6 p. 17 In your groups choose 7 key words you would use speaking about your place.

Ex. 7 p. 17 Work with the students from other groups. Exchange your information.

Ex. 8 p. 17 Write in the questions to the answers about the places.

Ex. 9 p. 17 Say what these numbers from the texts refer to.
