1) Обеспечить в ходе урока усвоение учащимися новой лексики.

3)Развивать навыки чтения и говорения.

The procedure of the lesson:

T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today?

Who can tell me, what day is it today? What is pollution? What kinds of pollution do you know? What can you say about the pollution on Earth?

Ex. 3 p. 77 Read the advantages and disadvantages of starting a sport at a young age!

Today we are going to read and talk about the ecological problems of Kazakhstan, about the problem of the Aral Sea.

Ex. 1 p. 79 Brainstorming. Answer the questions.

Ex. 2 p. 79 Let’s give as many adjectives as possible which characterize the Aral Sea.

Example: dying, salty, small, …

Ex. 3, 4 p. 79 Predictions.

Ex. 6 p. 80 Read the text. Write out the new words and find their meaning in the dictionary.
