Perfect Passive. The procedure of the lesson: T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today? How are you today? What’s the weather like today? Now I’ll show you the verb and you should translate it and name the three forms of this verb. Eg.: come – came – come (приходить) New words (фронтальный опрос), Ex. VIII, IX p. 111. The theme of our lesson is “Perfect Passive”. Open your books on page 111 and read grammar rules. Perfect Passive. There are three forms of Perfect Passive: Present Perfect Passive, Past Perfect Passive, Future Perfect Passive. They are formed by the verb “to be” in Present Perfect, Past Perfect and Future Perfect Tense + Past Participle of the main verb. have been + Past Participle Example: She has been told to come to the meeting today. Ex. I p. 111 Read the examples. Ex. II p. 111 Translate the following sentences into English using Present Perfect Passive. Ex. IV p. 112 Act out the dialogue in pairs. Ex. V, VI p. 112 Review and read the following numbers. Write then into your copybooks. Ex. VI II p. 112 Yes or No? Correct the wrong sentences. Example: Russia is in the southern hemisphere.
