The procedure of the lesson: T: Good morning, dear children! Sit down! Who is on duty today? What date is it today? Who is absent today? Ex. 1 p. 48 Put these words into three groups. Give a name to each group. Today we will review and learn the words on the theme “Food”. Open your vocabularies and write down the new words. Repeat after me in chorus. Open your books on page 206 and read grammar rules. Ex. 2 p. 48 Study these countable and uncountable nouns. Ex. 3 p. 48 Complete the chart using the words in ex.1. Ex. 4 p. Look at the lists of food and drink. Write and then read to the class what you like and don’t like. Example: I like tea, but I don’t like coffee. Ex. 5 p. 49 Read and translate the text. Ex. 6 p. 49 Answer the questions. Ex. 7 p. 49 Look at the picture and say what the girls can make. Ex. 8 p. 50 Listen and read the dialogue. Ex. 9 p. 50 Look at these sentences and work out a rule. Now compare it with the rule on page 207. Ex. 10 p. 51 Read and write the words Ex. 11 p. 51 Read the ingredients for the apple cake. Use your dictionary to check any words you don’t know.
